Ian and Steph Strahan are the second generation to farm the land, they live approximately 5 minutes drive from the homestead, at the other end of the farm with their three teenage girls.
Ianis deeply passionate about farming and takes pride in sharing New Zealand’s unique farming story with visitors. Steph, equally involved in the day-to-day farm operations, brings her enthusiasm for local produce and fine food to the experience.
An active member of the local farmers market and a former private chef, Steph's enthusiasm for good food is reflected in the heart of the homestead, thecountry kitchen.
